CCGS John Cabot is a Canadian Coast Guard offshore fisheries research ship.

[1] The vessel was constructed in 2020 by Vancouver Shipyards, operated by Seaspan Shipyards, in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

[2] It is named after John Cabot, an Italian explorer.

[3] In June 2023, John Cabot participated in the search for the OceanGate Titan submersible.

It stayed on to support the recovery of the wreckage of the Titan submersible implosion.
