Calophaca

9; see text Calophaca is a genus of flowering plants in the legume family, Fabaceae.

It includes nine species, which range from Ukraine through southern Russia and Central Asia to Xinjiang and Pakistan.

[1] It belongs to the subfamily Faboideae and is closely related to the genus Caragana.

[2] Nine species are accepted:[1] Caragana lidou, formerly known as Calophaca sinica, was economically profitable historically, but as an effect of overexploitation is becoming less profitable.
