Camp Onyahsa

In 1924, the camp moved from rented acreage near Cheney's Point, on Chautauqua Lake to Dewittville, NY.

At this time, Roy A. Wagner directed both the summer camp and the Boys Department of YMCA.

International campers include youth from Spain, France, Japan, China, Canada, and many other countries.

The staff is also very diverse having members from Denver, Virginia, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Boston, New Jersey, Maryland, Quebec, Japan, Sweden, and Spain.

Along with the main lakefront campus, Onyahsa has acquired over 150 acres of "forever wild" woodlands across East Lake Road.
