In 2024, the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) ranked the Canadian women's team 6th worldwide.

[2][3][4] The Canadian women's team has received four medals at the IFAF Flag Football World Championship.

[6] They won gold in the 2014 World Championship with a winning score of 32–21 against the US.

[7] During the 2018 Championship in Panama City, the women took 3rd by defeating Mexico 19–14.

The women's team won a bronze medal at the 2023 Americas Flag Football Continental Championship by defeating Panama.
