Cape Pillar

The locality is about 27 kilometres (17 mi) south-east of the town of Nubeena.

The 2016 census recorded a population of four for the state suburb of Cape Pillar.

[5] It is a reference point on the coast for mapping by Australian navy hydrographic service.

[7] The waters of the Tasman Sea form the western, southern and eastern boundaries.

[8] Route C344 (Fortescue Bay Road) passes to the north of the locality.
