Caprice is a contemporary French haute cuisine restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong.

Guillaume Galliot is the current chef de cuisine.

The restaurant received two stars in the Michelin Guide's inaugural 2009 Hong Kong and Macau edition.
