Carlisle is a city in Lonoke County, Arkansas, United States.

U.S. Route 70 passes through the center of Carlisle as Park Street and serves as a local highway parallel to I-40.

US-70 leads east 9 miles (14 km) to Hazen and west the same distance to Lonoke, the county seat.
