Carmenta phoradendri, the mistletoe borer, is a moth of the family Sesiidae.

It is known from south-eastern Arizona and southern Texas in the United States and from Mexico.

Larvae feed on Phoradendron tomentosum growing on mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa).
