Carolijn Mariëlle Brouwer (born 25 July 1973, in Leiden) is a sailor from the Netherlands,[1][2][3] who represented her country for the first time at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

[4] Brouwer as helmsman of the Dutch boat with Alexandra Verbeek as crew took the 13th place in the Women's 470.

She received the ISAF World Sailor of the Year Award in 1998[11] and 2018.
