Cathie Taylor

Taylor's father died when she was three years old, and her family moved to Vancouver, to live near a maternal aunt.

When her sister received a scholarship to a teacher's training college in California her family moved to the United States.

[9] Taylor became a regular vocalist on the 1966 syndicated television series Gene Autry's Melody Ranch.

She appeared on the long-running radio show's final episode, on December 27 of that year.

[12] During the 1970s Taylor was a regular vocalist on the CBN's The 700 Club and gave church concerts.
