Cecil Kirk

Cecil Kirk (March 1868 – January 7, 1944) was an American politician from Maryland.

He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Cecil County from 1904 to 1906.

He was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Cecil County, from 1904 to 1906.

[4][5] He was elected as sheriff of Cecil County in 1905, defeating William T. Jenness.

He served as sheriff of Cecil County from 1906 to 1910 and as clerk of the circuit court for six years, starting in 1910.
