CST curates and maintains PhosphoSitePlus, a web-based bioinformatics resource that details post-translational modifications (PTMs) in human, mouse and rat proteins.

The types of PTMs curated include phosphorylation, acetylation, methylation, ubiquitylation, glycosylation, etc.
