The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Notre Dame de Secours (مستشفى سيدة المعونات الجامعي) is a Lebanese teaching hospital located in Byblos, Lebanon.

It is Non profit community hospital owned by the Lebanese Maronite Order and Monastery of Our Lady of the Secours.
