Ceratrichia flava, commonly known as the yellow forest sylph, is a species of butterfly in the family Hesperiidae.

It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic.

Adults are attracted to flowers, including the ones of Costus species.
