Characidium hasemani

Characidium hasemani is a fish in the family Crenuchidae.

[1] It is native to South America and is found in the northern tributaries of the Amazon River basin, Brazil.

[1] The fish is named in honor of American zoologist John D. Haseman (1882–1969), a field collector for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, who collected the holotype.
