Charles E. Gannon (born March 17, 1960) is an American novelist and game designer who has worked primarily on hard science fiction and role-playing games.
Charles Gannon wrote Hard Times (1991), a supplement for MegaTraveller which moved the background metaplot forward by six years.
[2]: 60 Gannon wrote many articles in Challenge magazine about "The Hinterworlds", a sector of space which is part of the Imperium from the Traveller universe.
