Charles F. Brown

Charles Francis Brown (September 12, 1844 – June 19, 1929) was an American lawyer and judge from New York.

He was then assigned presiding judge to the General Term, Supreme Court, Second Department.

[5] Brown served as a secretary for the New York State Democratic Committee in 1874 and from 1880 to 1882.

[4] From 1897 to 1901, he served as general counsel for the Metropolitan Street Railway Company.
