Charles J. Schmidt (March 20, 1907 – September 8, 1966) was an American politician and businessman.
[1] He attended South Division High School and the University of Wisconsin.
He was also an inspector for the Wisconsin Industrial Commission and for the United States Department of Labor.
During World War II, he was a member of the Wisconsin National Guard.
A Roman Catholic, Schmidt was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Society of the Holy Name.
