Chhatargarh tehsil

[1] Most of the area is covered by agricultural land and is irrigated by IGNL canal.

It is a subdivision and situated approximately 87 km away from district headquarter Bikaner.

A vast majority of the population speaks Bagri language which is a dialect of Rajasthani, with a significant minority proportion of population speaks Hindi and Marwari languages.

Hinduism and Islam are practised by the majority of people with Sikhism being third most followed religion.

A small number of Budhhist and Christians population is also present in the tehsil.
