Chilchi (Russian: Чильчи) is a rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Chilchinsky Selsoviet of Tyndinsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia.

Chilchi is located on the Nyukzha river, 232 km northwest of Tynda (the district's administrative centre) by road.
