Chippar is a village in Kasaragod district in the state of Kerala, India.

[1] As of 2011 census, Chippar village had population of 2,285 among which 1,145 are males and 1,140 are females.

[2] Local roads have access to National Highway No.66 which connects to Mangalore in the north and Calicut in the south.

The people speak Malayalam, Tulu, Beary bashe and Konkani.
