Chobot is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Chobot lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of Strakonice, 67 km (42 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 79 km (49 mi) south-west of Prague.
