Chomęciska Duże [xɔmɛnˈt͡ɕiska ˈduʐɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Zamość, within Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) south-east of Stary Zamość, 11 km (7 mi) north-west of Zamość, and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
