Chris Locke (comedian)

A native of Toronto, Ontario,[3] he began his comedy career in the mid-2000s.

He has performed at comedy festivals and undertaken his own solo tours,[2] and has released two solo comedy albums, The World is Embarrassing (2014) and Demons Are Eating My Head (2016).

[5] In 2018, he premiered the comedy web series Learning Nature with Chris Locke, on Funny or Die.

[6] The series, in which Locke tries to create a nature documentary despite not knowing anything about the subject, was a Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Web Series, and Locke was a nominee for Best Performance in a Web Series, at the 19th Canadian Comedy Awards in 2019.

In 2024, he received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Lead Performance in a Comedy Film at the 12th Canadian Screen Awards, for his role in the film Who's Yer Father?.
