Christina Liu

Christina Liu (Chinese: 劉憶如; pinyin: Liú Yìrú; born 7 April 1955) is a Taiwanese economist and politician.

Liu left the finance ministry later that year and was appointed to the Hong Kong Economic Development Commission in 2013.

She then completed advanced study in the United States, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and then a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago in 1980 and 1986, respectively.

[2] She resigned her legislative seat in November 2007 to run for reelection as a member of the Non-Partisan Solidarity Union, and lost.
