Chrysactinia pinnata is a Mexican species of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae.
It is native to northeastern Mexico, the states of Coahuila, Nuevo León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, and Tamaulipas.

Leaves are pinnately lobed.
The species grows in forests and chaparral brushlands.
