Church of St Michael and All Angels, Penselwood

The Anglican Church of St Michael and All Angels in Penselwood, Somerset, England was built in the 15th century.

[1] The church was largely built in the 15th century undergoing Victorian restoration in the 19th.

It consists of a three-bay nave, a two-bay chancel and a north aisle which was added in 1848.

The two-stage west tower is supported by diagonal buttresses and has a hexagonal stair turret.

This is believed to date from around 1400 and was brought from Italy in the mid 19th century by the incumbent Rev Samuel Marindin.
