Church of the Dormition (Ukrainian: Церква Успіння Пресвятої Богородиці) is an Orthodox parish church of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Chortkiv of the Chortkiv urban hromada of the Chortkiv Raion of the Ternopil Oblast.

Church and bell tower declared architectural monuments of national importance.

In 1583 it was consecrated in honor of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

[2] During the invasions of Turks and Tatars, the temple suffered a lot of damage.

During the Independence of Ukraine, the church was completely restored.
