"[23] The name "Cinnaminson" is said to derive from the Lenape Native American word "Senamensing," which means "sweet water".

The Cinnaminson station located on Broad Street[109] offers southbound service on the River Line light rail system to Camden and the Walter Rand Transportation Center (with transfers available to the PATCO Speedline) and northbound service to the Trenton Transit Center with connections to NJ Transit trains to New York City, SEPTA trains to Philadelphia, and Amtrak trains.
