Clarksville is a hamlet in the town of New Scotland, Albany County, New York, United States.
It is situated along Delaware Turnpike (New York State Route 443) in the southern part of the town at the foot of the Helderberg Escarpment.
The post office and hamlet were later named Clarksville for Adam A. Clark, who came to the area in 1822.
