In 2013, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency.

The Clarksville Tigers compete in the following activities: Cross Country, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Powerlifting, Track.

The Clarksville Tigers Basketball Team captured the State Championship March 2012.

That same year the boys track team won the state title in the 4x100 meter relay.

The football team made school history in November 2010 by advancing to the regional playoffs.
