Emma Claudia Castellanos (formerly called Claudia Yadira Inés Rodríguez de Castellanos) is a Colombian Evangelical pastor of the International Charismatic Mission megachurch and politician.

Emma is a Christian Pastor and she used to be a senator in the capital of Colombia, Bogota.

In 1983 she founded the church [Misión Carismática International] and her political career started in 1989 when she founded a political party called "Partido Nacional Cristiano" in english is called "Christian National Party".
