Clausura 2024 Liga MX final phase

[2] A total of ten teams competed in the final phase to decide the champions of the Clausura 2024 Liga MX season.

[3] América defeated Cruz Azul 2–1 on aggregate to win their second straight title and fiftheenth overall.

As winners of both the Apertura 2023 and Clausura 2024 seasons, América were automatically awarded the 2024 Campeón de Campeones.
