As of the 2020 census[1] there were 847 people, 369 households, and 251 families residing in the township.
There were 424 housing units at an average density of 12.14 per square mile (4.69/km2).
23.30% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.20% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
