The Contemporary Art Museum of Uzbekistan (Uzbek: O'zbekiston zamonaviy san'at muzeyi; CAMUZ) is a museum in the form of an art gallery.
It was opened in 1983 in the city of Urgench, housed in the building of the first post office, which was constructed in 1910.
The permanent exhibitions showcase approximately 3,000 works of painting, graphics, and sculpture created by over 200 artists from various schools and movements who have left their mark on the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
Joint exhibitions have been held here with representatives from Japan, the People's Republic of China, Poland, Switzerland, and other countries.
Since January 14, 2022, the museum has been under the leadership of Tashova Shirin Abdirapikovna.
