Conway is a town in Northampton County, North Carolina, United States.

It is part of the Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina Micropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.8 square miles (4.7 km2), all land.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 752 people, 306 households, and 221 families residing in the town.

35.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
