Corneliu Carp (1895–1982) was a Romanian brigadier-general during World War II.
From 10 May 1942 to 1 January 1943 he served as General Officer Commanding the 8th Cavalry Division, being succeeded in this position by Colonel Radu Korne.
From July 1943 to November 1944, Carp served as General Officer Commanding the 5th Cavalry Division.
In 1951, he was condemned to 12 years imprisonment, but was released in 1955.
