It used to be the tallest building in Cebu City[2] until it was eclipsed in 2015 by the first tower of Horizons 101, which stood at 178 metres (584 feet).
The top 38th of the hotel tower feature an amusement facility which includes a flat roller coaster utilizing a tilting vehicle that runs around the edge of the building as well as an activity of strolling around the edge of the building with the protection of safety harnesses.
The scenic elevators provide a great view of the rest of uptown Cebu City to the north.
