Sir Francis D'Arcy Cooper, 1st Baronet (17 November 1882 – 18 December 1941) was a British businessman and accountant.
[1] After the start of the First World War, Cooper enlisted in the Yeomanry in early 1915, and within three months was gazetted to a commission in the Royal Field Artillery.
He was wounded in August 1916 during the Battle of the Somme and spent a year recovering in the hospital.
He succeeded company founder William Lever, 1st Viscount Leverhulme as chairman on 15 May 1925 after his death.
