[1][2][3][4][5] In September 2011, the National Telecommunications Commission issued to the Seventh-day Adventist Church Provisional Authorities for two radio stations: one (AM) in Butuan and another (FM) in Iligan.
The former, as DXHR on 1323 kHz, was inaugurated on January 11, 2012 at its broadcast center located at the church's Northeastern Mindanao headquarters, becoming the second station of Hope Radio Philippines to be established after DXCR in Bukidnon.
[6] With the station's later migration to FM, its signal now only reaches Caraga.
[8] Its daily broadcast has been focusing mainly on evangelism as well as sacred music while also included news and public service programs.
