The Dales Country House Hotel is a grade II listed building[3] which is in the English coastal village of Upper Sheringham in the county of Norfolk, United Kingdom.
Boardman's designed the oak paneled and Edwardian interior decoration and features that still survive today.
[1] During the First World War and the period just after Commodore King allowed his house to be used as a convalescent hospital for wounded soldiers.
[2] In 2000 Norfolk County Council closed the residential home, and put the house up for sale.
The building and its four acres of garden were sold to the Mackenzie family[1] who decided to turn the house into a hotel.
