Dalrympelea grandis is a plant in the family Staphyleaceae.
[2] Dalrympelea grandis grows as a tree up to 20 m (70 ft) tall with a trunk diameter of up to 30 cm (12 in).
[3] In 2010, botanist A. T. Nor-Ezzawanis transferred the species to the genus Dalrympelea.
[4] The type specimen was collected near the Kiau River in Borneo.
The specific epithet grandis means 'large', referring to the leaves.
