Daniel John Mahoney (25 January 1909 – 11 September 1996) was an Australian politician.
Mahoney was born in Bondi, and was educated at Marist Brothers' High School.
He was the Labor candidate at the 1958 Parramatta by-election, at which Sir Garfield Barwick entered politics, losing to the future Attorney-General and Chief Justice of the High Court.
Mahoney retired at the 1976 election, and was succeeded by Labor MLA Barry Wilde.
