David Roach (American football)

David Johnathan Roach (born August 9, 1985) is an American former professional football safety.

He was named to the All-Big Country Super Team after recorded 89 tackles as a senior, broke up four passes, caused one fumble and recovered another.

In 2006, as a junior, he started 11 of 13 games and made 33 tackles (26 solo) with four pass break-ups.

In 2004, he played in 10 games with 2 starts and recorded 19 tackles, including nine solo stops.

He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2008 and stayed for six games as a member of their practice squad.
