David Hugh Segal (born 20 March 1937) is a British former track and field athlete who competed in the sprints.
While competing in the United States, he ran a time of 20.4 seconds for the straight 220 yards.
He competed for Great Britain in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the bronze medal with his teammates Peter Radford, David Jones and Neville Whitehead.
He was a European 200m silver medalist in 1958 and was British AAA 220-yard champion and record holder in 1958 and '59.
Following the 1960 Olympics, Segal left the UK for Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he continued his track career.
