Deštné v Orlických horách (German: Deschnei im Adlergebirge) is a municipality and village in Rychnov nad Kněžnou District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic.

Deštné v Orlických horách is located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) east of Hradec Králové.

It was founded before 1350. it belonged to the now non-existent Cistercian Svaté Pole Monastery in Klášter nad Dědinou.
