Derrick Jonathon Dial (born December 20, 1975) is an American-born former professional basketball player.

During his pro club career, he played four seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Dial played in the Greek Basket League with Peristeri Athens, during the 1998–99 season.

Dial spent the 2002–03 season playing with the Italian A League club Virtus Bologna.

Dial returned to the NBA for the 2003–04 season, which he spent with the Orlando Magic.
