Diego Guajardo

Diego Guajardo (born February 3, 2000) is a former Mexican-American football placekicker for the South Alabama Jaguars.

Guajardo was born in Monterrey, Mexico and grew up in Spanish Fort, Alabama and attended Daphne High School.

In his high school career, Guajardo punted 48 times for an average of 45.6 yards per kick.

[2] He was rated a two-star recruit and committed to play college football at South Alabama over offers from Louisville, Arkansas State and Louisiana–Monroe.

He was also ranked nationally in four different categories including sixth in field goal percentage and was named a second-team all-Sun Belt Conference selection.
