The Dix House is a historic home in Ormond Beach, Florida, United States.

The second floor of the Dix House was built open and used extensively for a wide variety of purposes including an early wedding hall and meeting place.

More recently the Dix House suffered extensive damage in the hurricanes that visited the area in 2004.

The home was purchased in 2016 by Chobee and Becky Ebbets, long time residents of Ormond Beach.
