Dodge Reservoir

It covers an area of 491 acres (199 ha) among Great Basin high-desert sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata) and California Juniper.

The surrounding habitat is Sagebrush steppe, and is part of the Northern Basin and Range ecoregion.

Although it is open year round, access can be limited by its unimproved dirt roads during wet weather.

[2] The last mile (1.6 km) leading up to the reservoir can become inaccessible with even a small amount of rain or snow.

No trash services, RV hookups, shade or potable water are provided.
